We currently provide shipping mainly to Australia, Canada, China, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States. Other shipping countries include Africa, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam are also available to most products.
How long will Order Processing take?
Orders will be processed immediately and may take up to 3 business days for checking. During holidays, it may take up to 7-14 days.
Will I receive a tracking number for my orders?
Yes. Tracking information should be available about 5 days after successful order.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Standard shipping: Average delivery time is 15-30 days.
US Express: Average delivery time is 8 - 15 days.
AU Express: Average delivery time is 7 - 14 days.
CA Express: Average delivery time is 10 - 20 days.
UK Express: Average delivery time is 6 - 10 days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Your order will be processed on the same day it is placed. If you have some important changes to your order, such as your address or number of items, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to alter the order but we cannot guarantee that it must be successful. Do note that any return/refund request for order under this circumstances will not be accepted.
Tracking information will be available about 5 days after your purchase. You will receive a tracking number after the package is shipped out. You can enter the tracking number and check your order status on our page. There may be more than one tracking number if you ordered multiple items from us.
It is likely because the items are shipped in several packages from different centres. Since we are reducing the cost of our products and we pass the cost saving to you, please allow some time for all your items to arrive. Extra shipping fees will not be charged even they are shipped separately.
Most packages will arrive on time. Some of them may be late if there are congestions at our carriers and suppliers end. Circumstances that are beyond our control - accidents, major holidays, bad weather and industrial action, etc - may cause shipping postponements. We are unable to give you an exact time of arrival of your purchase. However, we will keep you updated and send you the packages as soon as possible. Such delivery issues are usually under the purview of the Logistic Companies and the Suppliers.
After all, if your packages are too delayed or you have not received it 45 days after your purchase, please email us at email@example.com we will see what we can do. Please note that most delay is out of our control and we are unable to do any refund for items that have been annotated as 'delivered' by the tracking site and/or shipping company. We will do our very best to get your package delivered as soon as possible. If your package is lost, you may contact with your delivery company and know for details. You may also email us and we will try to see how we can help.

Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order placement. Send us an email within 1 hour at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason why you want to cancel your order. Cancellation outside the 1-hour window and/or the order has already been fulfilled will not be accepted. Any request with a special reason will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
